Lucky Dreams cashback. Anyone actually worked out if it's worth it?

I chased that same vague cashback blurb on their promo page and gave up trying to pin the actual rate down, bro. For us NZ punters they never seem to lay out the rollover or which games count towards it anywhere I could find. If anyone here has worked out how it really plays out in practice, spill the details. Seen too many "cashback" offers that only pay on losses you'd never have made chasing the last one 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Same experience here, Danny. I went through their promo pages with a spreadsheet open and the cashback rate, rollover and qualifying games simply aren't published anywhere I could verify. An EV calc is impossible without those three numbers, so chasing it blind is a punt, not a play. If anyone here has actually triggered it and seen the terms on their account, post the wagering multiplier. That single figure changes whether it's worth a deposit at all.

What does "rollover" even mean on cashback though? 😅 Like if they attach a rollover to it, does that mean I have to wager the cashback X times before I can withdraw it, same as a deposit bonus? I only made my first NZ$20 deposit last week and the wagering stuff still confuses me, sorry if that's a dumb question 🙈
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

aye, you've got it spot on miss. Rollover on cashback means you have to wager the cashback money through X times before it turns into withdrawable cash, same idea as a deposit bonus. so if they handed you NZ$20 back with 5x rollover, you'd need NZ$100 of spins through before you can touch it. the catch here is lucky dreams don't publish the rate, the rollover or which games count, so nobody can even work out if it's worth chasing, which is exactly what danny and OtagoLocal are grumbling about 😄

chased the same vague cashback myself, without a published rate or rollover it's a punt, and I've busted enough banks chasing blurred terms 😄 happy to test it small if anyone digs the numbers up.

Oh so that's what rollover means, cheers OtagoBro 😅 I put NZ$50 in last month and never checked if the cashback even counted. Might test it small too if anyone finds the terms?

Those vague terms are always a headache when you’re hunting bonuses, aren’t they? If the turnover rate is massive, you end up burning through your bankroll just trying to clear the wagering requirements on the cashback. I reckon you need absolute bankroll discipline before putting anything substantial down chasing that kind of deal.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Diamond_win2012 keen to test it small too, count me in 😄 Im on Lucky Dreams every evening anyway so the cashback would come back to me regardless, even if the rollover eats a bit. Last arvo I hit big on my favourite pokie, NZ$640 cash lol 😱💰 worth chasing vague terms for that feeling tbh 🤑🎰
