Interesting nobody in here has actually run the numbers on it, because that would tell you more than another read of the T&Cs. My rule with any welcome offer is to work out the effective cost before depositing: take the wagering multiple, apply it to your bonus plus deposit if that's how they structure it, then look at the house edge on whichever pokies count full and estimate the expected loss while clearing. If that expected loss eats most of the bonus value, the "welcome" is mostly theatre.
For what it's worth, I keep a sheet of RTP figures per title, and it surprises people how much variance there is between pokies that both count 100% toward wagering.
