Checked my old Jackpot City account the other night and same question as the OP, is the no-deposit signup thing still running for NZ? Mine's been sitting dormant for ages and I can't see any free-play credit or spins on it now, so either it expired or they pulled it. Would be good to hear if anyone signed up fresh recently and actually got something without dropping a deposit first. Honestly with these no-deposit offers I only bother if the wagering looks clearable. Free credit on paper means nothing if the playthrough is brutal and only pokies count at a decent rate. If someone here cleared one recently and still cashed out in time, tell us what game you grinded it on and what your bet per spin was, that's the info that matters. Otherwise I'd rather just fund it and hunt a deposit bonus where at least the terms are in front of you before the money goes in. 💸

Had the same thing happen to me, signed up recently and the free-play credit showed for a day then vanished from my account 😅 From what I can tell the no-deposit offer only sits there for new NZ signups and can expire quick, so if yours is dormant it's probably gone. Total noob here but the wagering on that style of bonus is what I'd want to know before depositing, someone here must know if it still runs? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

yeah those no deposit credits are really volatile these days. they vanished from my accounts quick too, so don't bet on them being there for long.

these little no deposit free spins are volatile because they aren't guaranteed and they often disappear faster than you can place a spin. some operators pull them or they expire very quickly once a new account is detected. I saw my own trial offers vanish just as fast, so you better get stuck into that Jackpot City credit before it vanishes too.

The word "volatile" makes me chuckle a bit, been around since the old slots hit different and a freebie was a freebie. Volatile sounds more like the promo terms were munted and nobody read the expiry bit. Anyway OP, if the credit's vanished from your Jackpot City account after a day I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it back, but worth a quick yarn to their support before you deposit any NZ$ 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Is it true that the wagering req for the free spins is different for every slot game I play? 🥺 total noob here.

SlotQueen, the wagering contribution usually shifts depending on which game you use it on, pokies count most and table stuff often barely counts. Honestly I cleared a free spins batch on Jackpot City years back and just stuck to one high RTP pokie til it was done, made a small profit and cashed out. 💸 If the no-deposit thing's still live for NZ, treat it as a job: low bet per spin, clear it, done. 🔥
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

VariancePTSD cleared one and cashed out, yet you're all calling the freebie dead already? I've busted more banks than you've deposited, and even I know a no-deposit batch is worth a spin if it's still standing, just read the expiry bit Tauranga mentioned before you assume the terms are munted. Whether it's still running for NZ signups though, I honestly couldn't say, promos like that seem to vanish whenever someone at HQ sneezes 😉

Funny how everyone's arguing over a freebie worth maybe a coffee 😭 My take, if the no-deposit spins are still live for NZ signups just take them, zero risk to the bankroll and the wagering only stings if you're silly enough to chase it on table games. Check the expiry date on the bonus first, that's where most of these offers die. Keep bet per spin small while clearing and don't top up with a deposit til it's done. 🎰
