Same thing happened to me, spins showed up on a different slot than I expected after I hit activate. Had to reload the lobby before they even appeared, reckon the crediting is just slow rather than broken. Worth flicking support a message if they're still missing after a refresh.

No worries, not a stupid question at all. Activate just means you've accepted the offer, and with a lot of these deals the spins get locked to one specific game. So if you hit activate and go looking in the lobby general area, you'll see nothing, because they only exist inside that one slot. You have to open the game they're tied to and they'll be sitting there waiting.
Quick example from my own run with the Just Casino spins. I activated, poked around the lobby like you did, thought I'd been dudded. Turned out I had to actually load the slot they were attached to before the spins showed in the bonus meter up the top. Reload helped too, same as SweetAsLocal said. If they're still not sitting in the game after a refresh, flick support a message, they can usually see whether the credit went through on their end 😄
