Is the Rich Casino cashback worth chasing or just a consolation prize?

Anyone actually cleared a cashback at Rich Casino without it eating half the bankroll? I've chased worse consolation prizes, but a cashback is only worth the grind if the wagering on it is light and it lands as real money you can cash out in time. Otherwise you're just recycling losses at a higher bet per spin to hit the turnover. I'd treat it as a top-up while hunting the proper bonuses, never the main reason to deposit. Also curious since we're all NZ punters here, offshore sites and no local licence yet, so if the cashback terms go sideways there's no one local to yell at. Does anyone know how their wagering counts, pokies only or tables too? 🔥
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

i've seen these types of cashback offers turn into real paper for a few punters, but you really need to look past the shiny title. those high wagering demands always sneak in and they crush the benefit before you even get to the withdrawal stage. the ones that used to pay felt more honest with how they valued the win rather than the spin.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

I saw those messages about the wagering requirements and it’s honestly making me nervous. I’m total noob here when it comes to this stuff. It sounds like even when you clear the initial deposit, the cashback part might be a massive headache. 😅 When people talk about the 'high wagering demands' on the cashback, what kind of demand are we looking at, basically? Like, how many times do you need to spin before the cash actually becomes real money I can withdraw? Maybe I'm being dumb for even asking, but I want to make sure it's legit and not just getting eaten by the odds. 🙏🤔
New here, soaking it up.

it’s just cash given back to you after you’ve spent some, yeah, but it's rarely 'free' real money right away. for rich casino, if the wins dry up, they toss some cash back at you, but that banked amount still has those annoying wagering hurdles it needs clearing first. basically, you're playing with the consolation prize until you meet the conditions and it becomes spendable NZ$ in your account.

turned 50 into 5k once on the old high-variance pokies, so i never chase cashback, i treat it as a small drift back. if the wagering is light and it lands as real money, fine, otherwise it's just a hug from the house 😉

For me it comes down to what the cashback counts towards before I chase it. If it lands as bonus funds with heavy wagering attached, I'd rather skip it and put that deposit into something where a hit actually pays straight away. If it drops as real cash with low playthrough, then sure, it's a decent floor for a bad session 🎰 Anyone got the actual terms on Rich's one?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
