Is the Impressario Casino tournament actually worth grinding?
Gave the Impressario tournament a quick spin of interest last night and same problem as you mate, can't find a proper breakdown on how the points even work. Leaderboards are usually worth a grind only if the top prizes pay real cash, no wagering attached, otherwise it's just a trap to keep you spinning their favourite slots. Keen to hear from anyone here who actually finished top at it, was the prize worth the hours? 🔥🎰

Same story here mate, hunted through their promos page twice and the scoring is a mystery. If I can't work out my bet per spin against the points, I'm not tipping hours into it on a guess. Keen to see if anyone's actually finished top and banked the prize before I bother.

Yeah I went looking too and the points breakdown just isn't published anywhere I can find. Old-school grind used to be simple: bet a dollar, get a point, top ten get paid, done. Now every leaderboard hides the scoring and you're betting blind.
What gets me is nobody in this thread or any mate I've asked has actually finished top of one of these and banked it. Turned 50 into 5k once off a dumb little promotion years back, so I know they can be sweet as, but that was when terms were written in plain English. If a tournament won't tell you how points are scored before you sink hours into it, my take is treat it as a bit of fun on spins you'd be doing anyway, never as something you grind for. Anyone here actually cashed a leaderboard prize from them? Would love to be proven wrong 😉

No dumb question at all, mate 😄 usually every spin on the qualifying pokies counts, and the points go up with your bet size, so a NZ$1 spin earns more than a 20c one. Some leaderboards only count certain games or toss in multipliers for wins, which is where they hide the detail. With Impressario that's exactly what's missing, the scoring and the game list aren't published anywhere I can find either. Back in the day on the old leaderboards you could see the rules plain as day, bet a dollar get a point, turned 50 into 5k once off one of those grinds.

Honestly if bonus buys counted I'd be all over it, dumping bet size into my favourite pokie and climbing fast, but grinding base spins blind for a leaderboard that might pay buttons is a hard pass for me too. Ground one out blind once on my favourite pokie and the session carried me anyway, so honestly half the fun is the spin itself 😄 but yeah without knowing if bonus buys score on the Impressario board I'd be cautious with the hours.
