Not a dumb question at all, the promo page genuinely doesn't spell it out. I hate signing up blind to rollover terms, you can torch a bonus playing the wrong games and clear nothing. If you do sign up, I'd deposit the minimum, flick support a chat message asking which games count, then decide whether the bonus is even worth taking. 😅

yeah what Sam means is some games count zero towards the rollover, so the wagering meter just sits there while you spin away your balance. old-school grind used to be pokies at 100% counting fully, table games and the flashy ones contributing bugger all. and that's exactly why Hello Casino not naming which games count is a red flag, ask support for the list before you drop a single NZ$ on it 😉

Emailing support is the right instinct, but don't just take a yes from whoever's on chat that day, get them to point you at the actual terms naming the games. I've seen "yes pokies count" turn into "well, not those pokies" once the wagering didn't move 😄 if they can't put it in writing before you deposit your NZ$, that's your answer right there.
