Haven't touched the Fortune Play one myself so can't tell you how rough the wagering actually runs, but rule of thumb for me: read the full T&Cs before you spin a cent, check which games count toward playthrough and what the max bet per spin is while it's live. Rollover traps usually show themselves in those two lines, not in the shiny bonus headline. 🎰

It means there is a cap on how much you can wager on one spin while chasing that bonus, otherwise you could void the whole thing and lose your bonus funds. For that Fortune Play bonus, say they set a limit of $5 NZD per spin, betting $10 on a free spin would make the casino invalidate your attempt to clear the wagering. It's basically just telling you the maximum risk you can take when the bonus is active.
