Worth checking if you used the right signup link too, some of these promos only track from the original referrer page. It just means the bonus is only valid for certain countries, so NZ accounts get quietly left off the list, usually it's the no-deposit/free spins stuff that's excluded, deposit promos sometimes still go through. With Jackpotvillage I'd say don't wait on that tab filling itself, check the promo terms or ask support straight up whether NZ is in the allowed regions. I've seen the same trick plenty since the old slots hit different days, offer advertised wide, then "oops, not your region" once you're signed up 😉

Cashout math says don't chase freebies anyway. If a deposit promo actually lands on an NZ account, clear the wagering cheap and see if it's worth it, otherwise move on 💸
