Keep your bet per spin low so the wagering doesn't eat the bankroll. Do they say in the T&Cs which games are excluded? Yeah, exactly that, mate. If the wagering counts blackjack at 5%, then NZ$10 of bets only knocks off 50 cents of the playthrough, so you'd be spinning blackjack till the sun dies and the bonus still won't be cleared. That's why everyone plays it on the pokies where every dollar counts as a dollar. Check the actual percentage in the Platinum terms before you commit anything 😄
