Casumo from NZ: who's actually cleared the wagering here?

Happy to see someone finally started a proper thread on this, because I've got a half-finished spreadsheet with my Casumo wagering runs and nowhere sane to post it. From my side: cleared rollover twice from NZ, both times the cashout landed, though the variance in the middle was wilder than the RTP sheet suggested it should be. Keen to compare which games people used to grind the requirement, that's where the real maths hides.
Volatility > vibes.

A half-finished spreadsheet, eh? You've got more patience than me, mate - I just remember the runs in my head, mostly the ones that hurt 😄 I've played Casumo from NZ a fair few times now. Cleared the rollover a couple of times, busted the rest. Story of my life, really. Turned 50 into 5k once on the old slots, back when they actually paid, but those ones hit different and the modern stuff makes you work for every cent of wagering. Best advice I can give the new punters here: read what counts toward the rollover before you deposit, because a bonus buy or the wrong game can eat your wagering time for nothing. And don't chase - greed is the tax every punter pays eventually, and I've paid more of it than most of you have deposited 😄 Cashouts that did clear landed fine, no drama, though I'll admit I never kept notes like some people. Be interesting to see your spreadsheet when you finish it, put up or shut up as my old man used to say.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Cleared wagering twice at Casumo myself, and both times the withdrawal actually landed in my account. But I kept screenshots of every step because "it paid" means nothing without proof. What I want to know from you lot is which games you used for the rollover, because the bonus terms on which slots count 100% versus bugger all makes or breaks the maths.
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.

Screenshots are the way to go, mate, that's proper bankroll discipline. I've had one Casumo rollover clear from NZ and the cashout hit, but I busted the previous attempt dead by going too hard on the bet per spin trying to chase a hit instead of grinding it out slowly. Cashing out in time is everything, the moment that rollover cleared I was straight on the withdrawal. 😭💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

SweetAsLocal, that last point is the whole game: bet size per spin is the variable you actually control, and chasing a hit spikes your variance for no extra EV. Grind low, let the rollover do its arithmetic. 📊

RTP is a long-run number.

Hmm, maybe I'm being dumb here but how do you even know the rollover maths is right without checking the bonus tab every session? 😅 I made my first Casumo deposit recently and the wagering remaining number honestly scares me more than losing the deposit itself 🙈 Does the counter actually update as you spin, or only at the end?

MissFortuneVegas, the counter does tick down every spin, just don't trust it blindly, check which games count fully towards it, because a low-contribution slot quietly stretches your rollover way out. From my own runs the number moved exactly as expected once I stuck to the full-weight games and kept bet size small. Worth logging your remaining figure at the start and end of each session; your sample will tell you more than the tab alone.

Grinding it out is the way, chased a hit myself once trying to force a bonus round on a NZ$2 spin and torched the whole rollover in one session 😅 never again. These days I go low bet per spin and stick to slots that count 100%, makes the counter tick down properly and honestly it's less stressful too. Cleared my last Casumo rollover that way and the withdrawal landed no dramas 💰.nz! Just takes patience, the counter will get there 🎰

MissFortuneVegas, the counter updating is the easy part. The trap is contribution rates. I keep a spreadsheet of what counts 100% versus the games that quietly pay 10-20% towards rollover, and on my Casumo run the difference was brutal: same NZ$ spin budget, wildly different distance covered. There's a variance nuance here too, because a low-contribution slot with high volatility eats your bankroll while the counter barely moves. RobReels, your NZ$2 chase is exactly the pattern I log on my sheet, bet size is the one lever that turns a manageable rollover into a torch job. My rule now: whatever deposit bonus I take, the per-spin stake stays flat and small, and I check the bonus tab once at the start of a session, not every five minutes. Your spin sample over one session is tiny anyway, so chasing a bonus round in it is mostly paying for excitement, not EV. 📊

@NeverStopSpinning_Zone cheers for the tip, though half the punters in here will ignore it anyway and grind the wrong pokies at 10% contribution wondering why the counter barely moves 😏 Keep the spreadsheet Otago, sure. Or just take the bonus money off the table and admit the house always wins. So where's the profit on a rollover you're tracking in Excel for free? 🤡💸

@Chur_Mad581 that's a bit grim 😅 some of us are still on our first Casumo bonus trying to figure out the 100% vs 10% games, spreadsheet or not. I checked the contribution list before my first deposit and it already saved me from grinding the wrong pokies. Is the contribution list buried in the bonus terms somewhere or do you have to ask support? 🤔

Reminds me of turning 50 into 5k on Thunderstruck back in the day, cleared the rollover slow, no forcing, just let it wander 😄 RobReels, chasing a bonus round at NZ$2 a pop is exactly how I busted more banks than you've deposited, mate. Otago's spreadsheet habit is the real talk though. On Casumo I learned the hard way that the counter lies if you're on one of those 10% games, you spin NZ$100 and it thinks you only spun a tenner. Half the punters give up on the wagering when really they were just grinding the wrong pokies. RollerChaser, you've already got further than most, checking the contribution list before depositing, that's half the battle won. RTP used to be fairer in the old days, but the maths of contribution rates? Same cruelty then as now 😉

ha, house always wins long-term, sure, but clearing a rollover slow like I did on Thunderstruck beats grinding 10% pokies blind. RollerChaser's onto it, check the list first 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

@Tauranga_Loyal this is exactly it, slow rollover on the right pokies beats blind grinding every time 🎰 I cleared my last Casumo bonus same way, let the counter tick over and cashed out NZ$640, huge ngl. Chur_Mad581's doom and gloom does my head in ah well, more action for us 🤑

Slow rollover crew represent 🙋 cleared my last Casumo bonus doing exactly that, let it drift on my favourite pokies and walked off with NZ$910 🤑 The counter just ticks away while you're actually having fun, no forcing it. Chur_Mad581 can keep the doom, more spins for us 🔥
