Took one look at Big Lucky's terms page and honestly thought I'd opened the wrong tab. Cashback offer aimed at NZ punters but no percentage listed, no word on which games count towards it, and complete silence on whether wagering applies before you can cash it out. That's the whole deal in three missing numbers. I clear bonuses for a living basically, so vague terms like this are where I usually walk. If the cashback carries wagering and they haven't said how many times through, your effective rate could be half of what it looks like. And if only certain pokies count, you could be spinning the wrong ones the whole week for nothing. Has anyone actually gotten a straight answer from their support, or does the live chat just paste the same fuzzy blurb back? Keen to hear if anyone's tested it with a small deposit first.

Same experience here, I went through that terms page twice and even checked my account inbox for a promo email thinking the details might live there. Nothing. A cashback with no stated percentage and no listed qualifying games is basically an incomplete offer, because the value of it depends entirely on those two numbers plus whether wagering applies before you can withdraw. There's a variance angle people miss with cashback too. Even a decent rate on losses feels worthless if it arrives as bonus funds with wagering attached, since the effective value gets eaten by the house edge while you play it through. I'd want to know: is it credited as cash or bonus, does table play or bonus buy count towards losses, and is there a cap? Until they answer that, I wouldn't deposit a cent there on the strength of this promo alone.

yeah did the same crawl through that page, OtagoLocal, checked my promo emails too and nothing but the usual "cashback every week!" fluff. reckon a cashback promo with no percentage and no list of eligible games is basically a poster on a wall. you can't even work out if it's worth a deposit, let alone plan around it. been around long enough to remember when the good casinos printed the whole deal right there, cashback rate, wagering on it or not, done. now they bury it and hope you'll chase the loss first and read later. i'd want the exact rate, which pokies or tables actually count, and whether the cashback comes with wagering before it lands as real money. if support can't answer those three in one email, that tells you plenty. I might send them a question myself just to see how fast they squirm 😄

Exactly the same vibe here, I gave up after one scroll through that terms page 😅. Feels dodgey that a cashback aimed at NZ punters won't even say which games count or if wagering hits before you can cash it out. Maybe I'm being dumb but I'd want that in writing before I deposit anything extra. Chur SamRotorua832 for flagging it first.
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

Same, I read that terms page twice and gave up 😅 I only just started depositing so vague wagering rules like this scare me off. RngGodEnjoyer you're not being dumb at all.
New here, soaking it up.

Not even a percentage on the page, so I'll be skipping any deposit there until they put it in writing. A cashback you can't clear the wagering rules on before you take it is a dead promo in my book. If anyone gets a reply from their support with actual terms, drop it here. 🎰
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
